Nice post! It’s been about 2 years since I’ve replaced most of my metal and ceramic ware with pure clay cookware. Its metal and chemical free (does not react with the food and cooks the food with far infrared heat emitted from the walls of the pot. The pressure cookers cooks food by locking steam inside the pot and forcing food to cook with excessive amounts of steam pressure and heat, in the process most of the nutrients are killer and always a fear of metal and chemicals leaching into our food. Here is a website dedicated to the art of clay cooking and also a nice place to get some beautiful pure clay pots.
